Pursuant to art. 59 of the "Consumer Code”, the withdrawal right is excluded in mandatory cases and in particular with reference to the purchase of products that are likely to deteriorate or expire, or the provision of packaged goods that are tailored or personalized, as well as the provision of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery

ODELA.IT does assume no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to uncontrollable causes or unforeseeable circumstances, also if depending on malfunctioning and disservices of the internet network, in the case in which is not possible to execute the order in contract time

The Client has the right to access the website for consultation and for making purchases. It is not allowed any other use, particularly commercial, of the website and its content. The integrity of the elements of this website, whether audible or visual and the related technology used remain the property of Voyage Fragrance S.r.l. and are protected by intellectual property law.

The present General Purchasing Conditions consist of the totality of the clauses that compose them. If one or more of the provisions of these General Conditions of Sale is considered not valid or declared as such under the law, regulation, or following a decision by a court with jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect

The presented General Purchasing Conditions are subject to Italian law.
Every controversy that does not find a friendly resolution will be subjected to the exclusive competence of the Court of the place of the Company's registered office,  referring to the competent court of Milan

ODELA.IT reserves the right to refuse an order if unable to receive the right verifications from the Client's bank. Once an order is forwarded for available products, it won’t be possible to make modifications. The order issued separately will be dispatched separately
