The present conditions of use are stipulated between the user of the website (hereinafter referred as “user”) and Voyage fragrance s.r.l., with registered office in Umberto I, (20065-MI), F.C./ VAT number 1298620961 (hereinafter referred as “the Company”). The website “ODELA.IT” is accessible from the URL http://www.odela.it and allows users to benefit from the functions described in the following article 2. The use of the site is permitted only on a private basis. It is forbidden to use the site for commercial reasons or in any case in the context of activity with a commercial purpose. For the purpose of this document, the term “use” groups all the operations done by the users from the moment of access to the website, including simple consultation, from any access device (pc, tablet, or smartphone), the type of web connection (private, of third parties, public or wi-fi) and the place of connection. The use of the website involves the unreserved acceptance of these terms of use by the user. These conditions can be subject to modification from the Company. The website is reserved for an adult and identifiable people like privates, as well as minors (under the age of 18) authorized by a parent or tutor. In any case, the Company invites anyone to have the responsibility of a minor under the age of 18 to monitor the use of the website from the minor.

The company is free to delete any profile, content, public information on the website, can forbid the usage and access to the website when the Company becomes aware of the failure by the User to comply with the conditions of use or for technical reasons. Any modification or deletion can be done without warning, notification, or preliminary communication, at the complete discretion of ODELA.IT.
Likewise, it reserves the right to block the account with immediate effect whenever abnormal use is detected, as well as the use of BOTs or other instruments that may alter or compromise the functionality and integrity of the website and the offered service

If one or more clauses of the general condition of use are declared void following the application of a law, regulation, or final judicial or administrative decision, the other clauses will retain their force.

These general conditions of use are governed by Italian law
