Odelà ships to Italy via DHL

Online purchase is allowed up to a maximum weight of 10kg per order. For purchases over 10kg in weight, it is necessary to contact the email to request an ad hoc quote.

ODELA.IT does not deliver to post office boxes (PO boxes).
If a reception or concierge is available at the shipping address indicated by the Customer, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.

Delivery time

ODELA.IT ships in Italy via DHL courier.
The available products are shipped in 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order. ODELA.IT cannot guarantee any strictness regarding delivery times and cannot be held accountable for possible delays caused by uncontrollable causes or damage reported to the package during the transport.
The estimated time for delivery from the dispatch date is 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). The following days are considered holidays and the courier doesn’t carry out shipment and/or collections: 1st  of January, 6th of January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25th of April, 1st of May, 2nd of June, 15th of August, 1st of November, 8th of December, 25th of December, 26th of December

Traceability of the shipment

When the order is dispatched, the clients receive an e-mail from ODELA.IT with the tracking number and the link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
When the order is about to be delivered, the clients receive an SMS on their mobile phone directly from the delivery man that warns them of the imminent arrival of the purchase to its destination (normally the day before or the same day).

Order delivery and return policy

At the moment of arrival of the goods, the clients are obliged to carefully inspect the package before signing the proof of delivery of the shipment. In presence of dents and/or partial opening of the package or any other visible and evident damage on the product delivered, the Client is required to accept with a reserve the goods delivered by the carrier upon signing for the delivery of the goods, demanding written indication of the discrepancies found. Missing this indication, the buyer will lose the right to a substitution and/or refund. In case of non-delivery or delivery to an incorrect address, the Customer can contact the carrier directly at the addresses provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail where the tracking number is indicated.
In case of receiving defective or not complying products to the orders, the Client has the right to restoration without additional costs of the conformity of the product by replacing it. The Client loses this possibility if he does not report to ODELA.IT the conformity defect no later than 48 hours from the delivery hour resulting from the carrier’s website.
